  • First Aid (Level 2)

  • Fire & Evacuation Procedures

  • Communication Skills

  • Observation and Incident Reporting

  • Appropriate Dress & Bearing

  • Written Reports; ie. Vehicle log, daily and weekly reports

  • Customer Service Skills

  • Occupational Health & Safety Training
